1. Order Cancellation:
- You may cancel an order before it is processed and shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may need to follow our Returns Policy for unused and unopened products.
2. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are issued for eligible products returned in their original condition (unused and unopened) within 7 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt) and return the product in its original packaging.
- Refunds are not available for clearance items, gift cards, or personalized/customized products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Refund Process:
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping charges and restocking fees (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund amount.
4. Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with package opening videos and a description of the issue.
- We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for damaged or defective products at our discretion.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
